Progress isn’t always about doing more—it’s about doing things smarter. What happened after I took a short break completely changed how I see my routine.
I’m about 7 and a half months into my journey, and I’ve kept things pretty relaxed. I only pump around 3–4 days a week, and I’ve never stressed about taking time off.
In fact, I recently took a full 4-day break—no routine, no second thoughts.
When I measured again, I wasn’t expecting much. Honestly, I thought I might lose a bit.
But the results surprised me. My BPEL increased by 3/8”, and my mid-shaft girth went up by 5/16”. It didn’t feel like luck—it felt like something finally clicked.
That moment made me rethink everything. I started to believe that recovery, consistency over time, and overall health were playing a bigger role than I realized. Instead of chasing daily intensity, I focused on giving my body time to adapt.
Looking back, I think a big part of my progress comes from EQ improvements and simply being in better physical condition. It’s not just about the routine—it’s about how your body responds to it.
Sometimes, stepping back is exactly what you need to move forward.
